Paul A. Letteri, P.E. – Owner
Paul has extensive experience in design of cold-formed steel. In addition he has experience in design of concrete and steel structures. He Holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from The George Washington University. At an early age Mr. Letteri was exposed to the construction industry and had hands-on experience working in the field. This early experience was invaluable and helped him become the engineer he is today – providing economical, practical, buildable, and safe solutions for his clients.
Wey Sherng Tan – Lead Structural Engineer
Wey holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Bufflo. He started working for Structural Systems & Solutions in 2016, and has since become instrumental in all phases of design.

Raba Letteri – Office Manager
Raba has extensive experience in management and banking. She holds a BA in Archeology from the University of Zahle. Raba worked at Riggs Bank for 10 years. While there, she became a branch manager and received numerous awards and recognition for her hard work and dedication. Raba has been keeping us organized since 2007.
Joseph Letteri – Former Intern
Joseph received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Virginia in 2021. He has helped perfrom design calculations and designed this website. Joseph has been with us since 2016.
